Simpson Strong-Tie and Friulsider will take part at the upcoming World Conference on Earthquake Engineering (WCEE), the most important international scientific event regarding seismic engineering.

During this important occasion the group will present its advanced wood connection and anchoring system solutions. Since 1956 Simpson Strong-Tie has been researching innovative methodologies to guarantee the resilience and safety of buildings.

At the conference the NHERI TallWood case will be discussed, a project in which Simpson Strong-Tie’s solutions were successfully tested on a 10-story mass timber structure, simulating the effects of a series of seismic events.
